Nauto raises $159m Series B

Driverless car start-up Nauto has raised a $159 million Series B led by Softbank and Greylock Partners.
Its Series A in April in 2016 raised $12 million.
Other investors are GM, BMW, Toyota and the insurance company Allianz but the company has yet to become a Unicorn, says CEO Stefan Heck.
Nauto collects information about driverless driving by using smart cameras to assess road conditions and traffic situations.
It expects to have accumulated a billion miles of driverless driving data over the next 12 months..
