An email sent to Uber employees asks them to ask the board to bring back Travis Kalanick.
Kalanick could bring himself back, if he felt like it, because he and a few friends control the voting rights on the shares through an unusual structure which gives their shareholdings ten votes for every share.
However Uber’s investors, seeing Uber’s capital rapidly dwindling, have managed to persuade Kalanick to fire himself.
