Q3 billings for semiconductor manufacturing equipment billings were $14.3 billion, reports SEMI, which is a record.
Q3 bIllings were 2% up on Q2 and 30% up on Q3 2016.
The strongest Q3 growth was in Europe while Korea remained the largest market.
