Two AI-enabled chatbots in China, called BabyQ and XiaoBing, which operated on Ten Cent’s QQ messaging service, have been making politically incorrect statements.
When BabyQ was asked if it loved the Communist Party it replied ‘No’.
BabyQ also stated: ‘Democracy is a must’.
XiaoBing said its dream was to go to America.
XiaoBing was also of the opinion that: ‘The Chinese dream is a daydream and a nightmare’.
“All chatbots have now been taken offline to undergo adjustments,” says a TenCent spokeswoman.
